1. Fit patient for proper skull temple length and lay cable over temple matching bend for bend and mark where cable starts.

2. Measure 8mm back and make a second mark.

3. Cut completely through temple at second mark.

4. Remove any excess plastic at first mark.

5. Heat cable and push onto core wire up to first mark.

6. Allow to cool and dispense.
