How do I place an order?
You may either call (800) 222-2020 and speak to one of our knowledgeable customer service professionals, fax your order to (800) 329-9133, email your order to order@wilsonophthalmic.com, or order online by logging in now.
   
What kind of order form should I use?
We will accept any kind of order form as long as it has your Wilson account number, your shipping and billing addresses and your contact information listed on it. If you would like to use a generic Wilson Order Form please contact Customer Service at (800)222-2020 or email to: customerservice@wilsonophthalmic.com
   
How do I get my User Identification and password to order online?
You may either call to speak to a customer service professional at (800) 222-2020, email your request to customerservice@wilsonophthalmic.com, or fax a request to us at (800) 329-9133. Your Wilson account number and an email address are required.
   
May I order Hilco items on my Wilson account?

How do I return a product if it is ordered incorrectly?
Fill out our Product Return Request Form and email it to us at customerservice@wilsonophthalmic.com, or fax to (800) 329-9133. The form is located in our online catalog on page 7 or you may call and request one by fax or email. You will be contacted and given a return authorization number, please reference this number on your package to ensure proper credit.
   
What is Wilson's policy on returned goods?

How do we effectively dose the patient with difficult-to-manage lid anatomy?
The Eyegenie quickly and hygienically positions the eyelids for the application of diagnostic and therapeutic eye drops. By perfectly positioning the eyelids, the drop or ointment can be placed without the unnecessary spillage or waste insuring maximum therapeutic effect.
   
How do we treat the patient with infection and maintain hygiene?
The Eyegenie allows you to evaluate and treat the contagious conjunctivitis patient hygienically, especially those with significant discharge. The disposable tips eliminate the possibility of cross contamination in your office.

The Eyegenie allows you to view and achieve a complete corneal topography without interference from the patient's eyelids.
   
How can we be assured of a full view when trying to assess toric lens rotation dynamics?
The Eyegenie is the perfect complement for all contact lens fittings. It is especially useful during fittings like specialty lenses such as toric and bifocals. The Eyegenie precisely and gently retracts the eyelids and allows for assessment of the natural rotational tendencies of the contact lens without mechanicl or visual interference from the fingers or thumb.
   
How do we deal with the challenge of small apertures and lid spasms during contact lens insertion and removal?
The Eyegenie enable you to increase the efficiency of your contact lens practice by reducing the chair time needed for contact lens insertion and removal. What information do I need to provide in order to find a particular bulb?
We have best results when we have the make and model of the instrument for which you need the bulb, voltage and wattage, base type (ie: screw-in, pin, etc.) and any numbers or markings on the bulb itself. Are there staining products available that are safe to use with soft contact lenses?
Absolutely. Wilson stocks SoftGlo Fluorescein strips, Flura-Safe Fluorescein drops and Fluoresoft Fluorescein ampules. You can find these items on our website by using a "keyword search" and in the 2007 Wilson catalog on pages 21 and 22. These products are made with a large molecule Fluorescein that does not penetrate the soft contact lens matrix.
